Prom!!!

I guess, I'm pretty excited about Prom, it's my first year and I get to goooooooooo with Durand, so this should be really interesting.  I think personally, it's very important to go to Prom, your senior year, because you won't get to see the people you go with ever again, but that's me.  To be also honest, I have no idea what After Prom is, but I'll probably be so tired, that I won't even care.

But the idea of Prom is over dramatic, like it's a dance... woohoo yay - big whoop.  I guess, it's just the idea you get to impress someone, but you can do that everyday - so I'm not really sure, right now I'm just going with it.

Earth Day

To me, Earth Day is basically celebrating how the Earth is "alive" and staying clean.  To try and keep the Earth clean, my family and I often recycle old newspapers, recycle water bottles.  Although, Earth Day is a very big and celebrated holiday, I myself, have never participated in any Earth Day celebrations.

I was doing, a little research on Earth Day, and I found out that 1) Earth Day was celebrated for the first time in 1970?  Which was about 45 years ago, pretty cool right?
Did you also know that countries all over the world celebrate this day?  It's true!  People often and try and "Go Green" by recycling, car pooling, or just walking.  It's pretty "Green" if you ask me.  Another thing that I found out was how people try to keep the "Earth Clean", for instance, they carpool or walk.

Spring Break

Well, this past week I have been on Spring Break.  Woo hoo right?  Nahhh, honestly all Spring Break, I've done nothing but clean and sleep.  Well, wait, a few days ago I went clothes shopping.  Not for anything special of course, just trying on random dresses and shirts.  Not really exciting?  What I thought was exciting was the fact after we finished clothes shopping, and got some food, (Magic Wok too be exact, isn't wasn't that good either), we went to the bookstore.  That was fantastic, I saw so many books waiting to read, so much music waiting to be listened too, so many movies waiting to be watched.  I was in heaven, I could practically hear my heartbeat, beating with excitement.   What about you?  What'd you do for Spring Break?
